**What is Akashic UTN?**

**Akashic UTN (Ubiquitous Trust Network)** is the next evolution of blockchain and AI convergence — a foundational infrastructure designed to enable intelligent, seamless, and secure service collaboration across the digital and physical world.

Unlike traditional blockchain systems that only focus on decentralized ledgers, UTN aims to build a **service-centric network** where "services find people" — meaning users, devices, applications, and data can autonomously discover and interact through intelligent matchmaking powered by AI agents and ubiquitous computing.

At the core of UTN is **Akashic Chain**, a high-performance, cross-chain blockchain infrastructure that provides the foundation for real-time service coordination, data interoperability, and asset-level trust. Together, UTN and Akashic Chain form a unified architecture that enables programmable trust, autonomous services, and secure data flow at scale.

#### Core Pillars of UTN:

* **Ubiquity:** Services, agents, and users can connect anytime, anywhere — enabling personalized and intelligent experiences across Web3 and IoT environments.
* **Interoperability:** Through Akashic’s CMQ protocol and DDVS framework, UTN enables seamless interaction between heterogeneous blockchain networks and service providers.
* **Intelligence:** UTN supports AI-driven service agents that understand user intent, context, and behavior — enabling proactive, adaptive, and self-evolving service ecosystems.
* **Security & Privacy:** Akashic is the first public chain to support **Full Homomorphic Encryption (FHE)**, ensuring encrypted data can be computed without being exposed. This, combined with ZKP and MPC, forms a robust trust layer for sensitive data and transactions.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://akashic-2.gitbook.io/akashic/akashic.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
